I have never been someone who liked going to a gym. I decided to try CrossFit not knowing anything about it really. I dropped by and talked to Lori and Phil and a few of the members and I felt welcomed from the first day. Three months later I have gotten bigger, stronger, and I’m having a blast working out.

This is my fourth CrossFit gym and I feel confident in saying that it is my favorite. The people are warm and welcoming; and the Lori, Phil and the other instructors are top-notch. I have improved so much because they care enough to take the time and effort to make corrections and coach you through difficult exercises.

The gym has plenty of equipment and space in a heated facility. Do yourself a favor and drop in for a workout.

I never could imagine how great of a workout I received doing CrossFit!! I was nervous going into it thinking “how in the world am I going to be able to do all of these intense workouts”?

The trainers at Rock City Crossfit really helps you get started by tailoring the WOD to your athletic level. Mine was pretty low when I joined, but now I find myself being able to do exercises that I could never have dreamed of doing!! Cross fitter for life!!
